As the first quarter of 2024 comes to a close, we've observed intriguing trends among the top cryptocurrency apps on the Android platform in Australia. This analysis is based on data provided by Sensor Tower, offering a glimpse into the performance of these apps in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

GoMining started the quarter with a revenue of around $1K, which saw a decline to about $600, before rebounding to over $1M by mid-February. The app's downloads saw a significant increase from 8 in early January to nearly 1K by mid-March. Weekly active users grew steadily from 375 to 1.2K during the quarter.

CryptoTab Farm: Digital Gold showed a fluctuating revenue pattern, starting around $900, peaking at approximately $1.1M in the second week of March, and then slightly dropping to around $1M by the end of the quarter. Downloads remained negligible until mid-February, after which there was a slight uptick, reaching 32 in mid-March. Active users were minimal, only appearing in the data in early March and hitting 25 before dropping again.

CoinStats - Crypto Tracker experienced a revenue rollercoaster, beginning around $600, with a peak of over $1M in mid-February, followed by a dip to just above $350 and then stabilizing around $550 by the end of March. Downloads started at 74 and saw a peak of 228 in early March, while weekly active users showcased growth from 2.2K to over 3K in the same month.

Uphold: Buy BTC, ETH and 260+ had a varied quarter with minimal revenue, only reporting earnings in the first half of the quarter and closing with a mere $34 in the last week. Downloads saw a peak of 92 in early March, and active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 1.4K to 1.5K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, 22BT Coin Mining reported sporadic revenue, peaking at $294 in mid-February but dropping to $0 and then rising again to $222 in mid-March. The app had no recorded downloads or active users for the entire quarter.
